The
Consulate General of Jamaica and Jamaica USA Chamber of
Commerce were joint sponsors of the 'Jamaica Investment
Symposium' held in Florida on December 1, 2007. The
symposium sought to partner Jamaica, its Diaspora and
other interested parties more effectively in matters of
job and wealth creation. Presenters included
representatives from the local banking and business
communities, the Financial Services Commission and
Corporation's CEO, Ms. Antoinette McKain.
